The Portfolio 5 project reflects all attributes of a start-up business relevant to audio production. Below you will find details about my ideas, services offered, and how I would like to launch my business.
My name is Angelo Whales creator and owner of A DJ ECKO VISUAL. I am excited to launch a hybrid audio production studio, that will offer a stress-free way for content creators to have their works evaluated and given options for proper post-audio production. I have over ten years of experience dealing with audio engineering and am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at Full Sail University.
It is vital that music, sounds, or speech, be mixed correctly when mastering a final “cut” or “version”. The objective is to improve final audio and visual production for all content creators, in all relevant industries.

Acquiring larger projects with larger budgets over time will be the monthly and yearly milestones. In addition, retaining long-term clients, whether it be individuals or companies - small or large, will be a yearly milestone. This accomplishment will be acquired through follow-ups with the client after completed projects, offering discounts in special occasions (holidays, n-profits, etc.), and making sure proper communication is always executed.
Clients can be identified through social media platforms, musical events, and general social interactions. Anyone who aspires to be involved in any type of entertainment career path is a potential client. The market for my business venture covers the entire u.s. territory. Customers can find A DJ ECKO VISUAL through any internet search engine or social media platform. My target audiences will be Men ages 18-40 women ages 18-40. Partnership A Dj Ecko Visual will offer 50-70% off personalized video commercials for non-profits organizations in exchange for displaying our company’s branding within their marketing avenues for a specified period. This can be renewed, on a yearly basis. I will contact Full Sail alumni for discussion about partnering with our company or conducting financial collaboration for a specified period. This can be any variation: 50/50, 60/40, etc. The agreement will detail which party receives what percentage of profits, etc. At this time I have drafted a detailed proposal letter to Leslie Brathwaite, as an effort to gain experience drafting a professional proposal document.
Utilizing Online Platforms YouTube, Tik Tok, and Yelp are popular online platforms and are the most logical to utilize for online marketing. I will use vehicle magnets, physical and digital business cards for all in-person interactions with the public.
Website strategy A company website will be developed in a fashion that is easy to navigate through and is accessible towards able bodies and those with disabilities, alike. Drop down menus will attribute to smooth selections between subsequent web pages, which will display demonstration videos. These videos will put potential client at ease, as they will show the knowledge and skills of each mix engineer. The goal of the company’s web site is to provide options between a mix engineer, project type, and specific needs for any given project.
