The BlackSmith Cinematic (Audio redesign)

This is a demo reel that show cases a cinematice audio (redesign) and game audio design, in collaboration with Full Sail University.

Overview

I used Pro Tools studio to design my assets, edit foley, and design background loops and stingers. Most of my sound bites come from my personal sound effects library. Using Varispeed, Polyphonic, and time-based processing, is how I achieved the desired effect. This film/game is set in a time period and location that may have been perceived as eerie, isolated, and empty. I wanted to bring that feeling to the visual. I used various plugins with time-based processing to achieve the effects. The intro title card was designed as 2 parts: Adobe after effects for the lower third and Logic pro for the audio design. The end title card was designed with imovie, and Ableton live for the production design.
